While in BETA, access is free.
My Address has a High Score! Why? How? Can I Change it?
Remember, we are only working with addresses, not people. A high ShippingScore is not an indictment of any individual or company!
That being said, if you moved into an address that may have had problems in the past, just let us know. Send an email to [email protected] with the details.
Will address data be shared?
No! We only provide match responses when specific addresses are submitted to the API.
I keep getting a "No Match Found" response. Why is that?
"No Match Found" means that the address is not found in our database. This is much better than a return score of 1-4 as it means there are no issues found with that specific address.
** Please note: This does not mean that it is safe to ship to this specific address. It only means that we have yet to collect data on that address.
